So I was at least checking dA often. And then they made the switch to sta.sh writer for EVERYTHING. And it's a huge pain in the rear to use sta.sh on your phone.
Since I use my phone for almost all internet activities, this is why I have dropped off of dA. Hopefully, I'll have a laptop... eventually. That would be about the time that I begin to be more prolific.
Until such a time as that, I keep busy with other things. I recently learned to crochet and have been working on that. I'm taking orders, and all slots are currently filled. 
Tis very exciting. I hope to get some done this week so that more slots can open up.

I hated to do it, but since I don't play anymore, and especially don't play the violin, I figured it'd be best to send it off to a better home where it will be well loved and hopefully well played.

Work is currently very very stressful. We recently got a new store manager, so that switch has been going on. There are a few other things going on, but that's pretty much it for now.
I'm planning on seeing Ender's Game with my old compatriots, 
, the weekend it comes out. I am very excited for November to hurry up and get here. Till then, I'm rereading the Ender's Game series and looking for a copy of V for Vendetta to buy so that I can watch it on the fifth of November. Because.

Wow. I just noticed that I've been on here for seven years.
dA's seen a lot of changes in those seven years. Actually, thinking back, it seems like almost everything has changed. Except for the focus on art. It's why I keep coming back. No matter what else has changed, no matter if they're good changes or bad, people still keep submitting amazing art and astounding literature. I've met some great people that have become good friends off of dA. I've actually managed to avoid most of the trolls. Probably because I'm a literature artist, and dA is definitely more geared towards visual art.
I've slacked off on my writing big time over the years. I miss it. I wish I hadn't. I keep trying to say that I'm going to get back into it the way I used to be. And real life interferes. I'm not leaving yet. Even if I don't post anything new in another good long while, I'm still here. I'm still watching. I'm still commenting, and I'm still reading all your journals.
I'm not leaving yet. I want to see what else dA can do.
It's done some things that have made me ashamed to be a part of it.
And it's done some things that make me glad I'm part of this community.

Spring! wait... Winter! wait... um...

So we had 81* weather. And then the very next day, it snowed. I do believe our weather is a mite confused.
Other than that... Umm... Hi? I've been working on quite a few projects, at least for me. I have a wire sculpture project going that will probably be a work-in-progress for quite a while. Not just because wire is expensive, but because I'm planning on it being that way. (Yup, uh-huh. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.) There's also the short story that has yet to be re-edited. Um... yeah. About that. It'll happen. Before too long. I just have to.... Buy some stuff first. Because editing can't be done without help. At least not in my experience. And then there are the pictures I've been drawing... It's just getting it posted! So yeah.
And I'mma shut up now. Bye!
