Literature Text

Flying through the sky,
Soaring on the breeze.
Feeling the wind
Ruffle my wings.
Over and under,
Diving and rising,
I play about
Upon the trees.

I'm happiest then
With unbound wings.

Through the passes,
Over the seas,
I have the spray
To wet my wings.
Up and down
Along with the waves,
I flap to stay
Above the sea.

I'm happiest then
With unbound wings.
This was actually taken from someone's journal. they're words were the whole, "I'm happiest then, with unbound wings." they used it in a different context, but i thought it sounded cool in this context.

i used this poem in one of my friends' Christmas card, making it part of my Christmas card series.
